How we research and review products
Our goal is to help readers avoid products that do not fit their room, routine or maintenance tolerance.
1. Define the job
We start with the room, user constraint and purchase decision the guide must solve.
2. Compare decision factors
We examine dimensions, materials, installation, cleaning, storage efficiency and common failure points.
3. Explain trade-offs
Every recommendation should say who it suits, who should skip it and what to measure first.
Research-based versus hands-on
Most current guides are research-based. We use product specifications, manufacturer instructions and credible external guidance. A product is only described as tested when an editor has physically used it and the article documents the method.
Affiliate independence
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Commission potential does not change our stated selection criteria, and readers pay no additional cost through our links.
